1) LinkedIn is great for finding applicants for any position. Whether the church is looking for a new pastor or someone to take over marketing efforts, there is a rich network of skilled people on LinkedIn.

2) LinkedIn is a great place to establish groups to connect people for volunteer work and opportunities to serve in local churches. One example of this is VolunteerMatch, the Web’s most popular volunteer network. The group utilizes its large network to connect you with others who share your passion.
